It was such a pleasure walking into the Rent-A-Car company, and immediately accosted with a beautiful smile and offer of coffee or drinks. What a pleasant experience.!! Everyone was delightful. It's the little things that make people want to return to a business offering a service. I will definitely talk about my experience at six with all my friends and I will definitely rent from them again.

Rented a Mercedes Benz in Miami and rain started to pour, I discovered that car didn’t have the blade in windshield wipers! It was missing and the wiper on the passenger side was not working!! Very dangerous!! Had to record a video because it was incredible to get a car in such poor basic condition. Very disappointed

It is impossible to rent a car between 1am and 5am. The location it's closed. Information on Kaya that allowed me to rent a car at night was false. I had to spent the night in the airport. The morning after the guy at Sixt kiosk was nice enough to let me keep the car (1 hour not showing up rule was not applied), and also upgraded my car.

No explanation provided for the additional charges that were automatically added to the rental agreement ,which were not required. I was simply asked to sign a lengthy document without chance to read it. A further £501.26 as been debited from my credit card without any explanation/ final invoice showing what the charges relate to. If you are able to provide a contact email address for budget at Miami airport this would be appreciated.

I rent 8 seats car, but they have no in stock when I go for pickup, not give me any solutions at the store, also customer service not solve the situation. I pay uber to pick up the car, and finally I have to pay uber again to go back to hotel without any car of enterprise. They ruined our family holidays.

The waiting line at Miami was very long and then the vehicle we had reserved was not immediately available. Total time from getting line to leaving with our rental vehicle was more than two hours. The actual vehicle once delivered was very nice and as promised.

Night before Thanksgiving, was to drive to family for Holiday. Personal car broke down. I rented online via Kayak and they wouldn't deliver a car until a 4 hour wait period. Then they told me that my license was unreadable (one digit was wearing thin, I have an image of the license and also DMV can verify, they wouldn't hear of it). My guess is they were looking for a reason to not rent me a car for such a low rate as I obtained on internet. I ended up walking up to Enterprise counter and renting directly. I'll never use these little companies again.

I loved that it was a brand new car!! What I didn’t like was that I requested a GAS POWERED Car but when getting to the counter there guy said “Oh you’ll like this it’s an EV, I said I DON’T want an EV PLUS THAT’S NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. So he said ok I’ll give you a”Gas powered car” but upon picking up low and behold it WAS AN EV😡. I knew nothing about EV’s and NOTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME, NOT HOW TO CHARGE IT ETC. Then he wrote in the paperwork that it was “FULL”, it was NOT, I only had 30 miles left to the charge…again pissed off. Thank god I wasn’t going far AND the hotel I was at had charging, which I RETURNED THE CAR FULLY CHARGED(NO CREDIT FOR THAT). Then top it off YOU STILL HAVEN’T RELEASED MY DEPOSIT THAT WAS ON MY CREDIT CARD. They could’ve at least explained how the car works lije costing it!

I made a reservation for my family to have a way to travel from Miami to Melbourne. It is an almost 3 hour trip. I purposefully reserved a NON ELECTRICAL vehicle to avoid complications with finding a charging station etc. They gave my family an electric vehicle, which resulted in them running out of charge several times and almost missing their flight. Customer service is so slow to help and now we are hoping we will be able to get a reimbursement for the uber we had to order for them to make their flight.
