Picked up the car about 1 hour late because of their internal employees constrains (that may happen). The thing that really left a negative impression was that when I called in advance to ask to prepare the car because I'm in a hurry they said they couldn't do that, and they did do it for the person behind me.
i made a reservation knowing i can cancel it, i choose the option to pay upfront and because i did that, they charged me $177 for cancelation. It doesnt sound right.

There was an extremely unpleasant situation with the application of tariffs by the Sixt. The car was with a strange set of options. For example, there were no parking sensors, but at the same time, the car had more advanced, but less popular options.
One of the headlights did not work. Rearview camera was not always turning on. Seats were dirty. The car had more than 70000 km on it, but overall it was driving ok, except as mentioned above.
