The Room was perfect. Great value, clean and historical!
Nothing negative to say about it
Great location, near the train. Helpful staff.
The beds were small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just ok.
Fabulous room, very spacious and exceptionally clean. Coffee & water available in reception which was only a few steps from our room was available 24/7. The continental breakfast was great with individual servings. A beautiful historic boutique hotel in the heart of the city with walking distance to all the historic sights. The hotel was made all the better with the wonderful staff. Very peaceful ...
The bed and pillows were rather firm but this is a matter of taste, although the bed was huge.Read more
Top staff ever ! They are great ! Good breakfast.
No windows in the room.
The staff were very professional and helpful when we arrived. The hotel was beautiful and we were made feel very welcome with our 3 children. The location was wonderful and we had a great stay. My husband loved the football shop opposite!
Nothing.
The hotel itself (room and location) were great and met expectations, but the staff were the best part of the stay. They were extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Giulia. I highly recommend Hotel Burchianti for stays in Venice!
Amazing place, location and wonderful staff. Beautifully decorated rooms and an outstandingly friendly and kind receptionist. She received us with a coffe, gave us a map of the city with great restaurants suggestions and overall did our stay a wonderful experience.
Great location, right in the historic center a few steps from the cathedral. The room was clean, and the lady at the reception very kind.

I mean, the window could not be c...Read more
Great location, close to train station and beautiful fresco.
A bit hard to find but the staff is quite attentive to communicating.
The staff were outstanding. Check-in, breakfast, and special help with printing theater tickets and restaurant recommendations were all wonderful. The room did have a fresco ceiling, but no exterior window, just a transom above the door.
There was a surprising amount of noise from adjacent guests both nights. The bed was extra firm, and a mattress topper would have been appreciated.
