Cleaniness,customer service,breakfast.
Location is walking distance to all the tourist spots and shopping centres, food is pretty close by too . The hotel space is so huge too 👧🏻👧🏻

The beds were small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just ok.
Fabulous room, very spacious and exceptionally clean. Coffee & water available in reception which was only a few steps from our room was available 24/7. The continental breakfast was great with individual servings. A beautiful historic boutique hotel in the heart of the city with walking distance to all the historic sights. The hotel was made all the better with the wonderful staff. Very peaceful ...

The staff were very professional and helpful when we arrived. The hotel was beautiful and we were made feel very welcome with our 3 children. The location was wonderful and we had a great stay. My husband loved the football shop opposite!

The hotel itself (room and location) were great and met expectations, but the staff were the best part of the stay. They were extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Giulia. I highly recommend Hotel Burchianti for stays in Venice!
