The current First World hotel is unlike how it was 15 years ago. It used to be cheap, value for money, and despite the room well known for being very small, it was well maintained. The current First World Hotel is expensive, room badly maintained, and the view outside the window was horrible. The worst nightmare was during check in process. I was made to queue 4 times at 4 separate check in kiosks...

If you’re check in time is 3 you have to go to hotel before 2 hours there will be a large queue system where they will not differentiate people who booked online or going to book the room. We have to wait and only get the room. My check in time was 3pm but I got room at 6pm. The standard room was too small. Please book in this hotel if you have no options or you need to skip transportation.

Was given a smoking room although I request for NonSmoking Guest at next room started smoking fr 6am. It really disturb my sleep as I am allergy to cigi smokes Cos me to sneeze n causes teary eyes Went to counter to upgrade my room but was told all rooms ARe fully book No choice for my health sake I move out to stay at Grand Ion Delemon which I booked via Agoda too I am here for a working trip

Why can't I use the automatic machine when ordering at agoda? The staff said that had to queue up at several places and still couldn't get into the check in. After that, I had to wait for more than 100 people's numbers before I could go to the counter. It took so much time to check out and check in so much later than other hotels.
