Checking-in at first world hotel is a pain in the a**. Take a queue number and waited 1.5hrs to be called. But checking out is better, just use the self check-out machines. Breakfast is at the Genting Grand Hotel which is a 20min walk.

Though it is a great initiative to do self check-in but machine is not able process for booking via 3rd party platform. It us almost 3hrs to check-in! There is no clear instructions where to queue or what to do. Credit to the ground staffs. They were friendly and helpful :)

If using machine for self check-in. No rooms. If you choose to pay for counter service to reserve, have to pay RM 15 per room, but still no room, but gotten to reserve the room . But have to get a queue number again to re-queue for counter service after 2 hours to collect keys, do payment etc. All in all wasted a lot of wasted time (minimum 2 to 3 hours) just to check-in. This hotel is big and not able to manage check in properly, wait 2-3 hrs to check in, and instructions are not clear, some more my booking with Agoda was not able to find and ask me pay deposit to get the room, even I paid non-refundable payment to Agoda, most stupid experience ever encountered in my travel history
