Staff was great
Had to wait long time to check inn rooms were not ready by 4 pm check in. The door did not fit tight so with the windows open the door kept rattling all night with the wind. Cause none of the rooms had ac in them
The location, the hotel, and the grounds are beautiful.

Location, Location, Location
There was no parking when we arrived and the room was not ready. We were not welcomed and were given false information about facilities and where to park. No Problem ... we travel a lot so took a few frustrating hours to figure it out ourselves. Also must admit that the property is on the shabby side while the location is premier.
When we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find we were at the front of The Stanley just off the center. Beautiful view from our window. Absolutely loved our room! Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, and even the ghosts themselves were awesome! This is a very old hotel, but it is lovingly taken care of. Love the history. Enjoyed our stay.
It was beautiful piece of property great location
We froze to death while our stay, heater in room didn’t work then brought floor heater, it did not work ,know we’re to by water or sodas in hotel had to leave to get those things, ask for towels had to ask daily to get towels and then wouldn’t deliver , telephone didn’t work so had to leave room to raven communicate with if needed anything of coarse wasn’t ever clean because of COVID it was like g...Read more
Great location and great dining.
Pretty hot in room and didn’t cool off all night first night. No air conditioning and large stuffy room until air established. Gaps in door let tremendous light in from hall. Need more washcloths and hand towels for two night stay. Large closet, but only one suitcase stand? Room for several... had to put second suitcase on the floor.
The hotel was beautiful and everyone was very friendly. We did a tour of the hotel which was a ton of fun!
Our room was smaller than expected but still beautiful and we were happy overall
