Audi car hires in Abu Dhabi

Run! Don’t walk! Las Vegas location. They force you to pay $30 per day for their insurance, after you have to take (2) shuttle buses from the airport. They know once you’re at their location you’re trapped and it would be very inconvenient to take the shuttle bus back to the main rental car location to go with a different company. After they force you to pay for their insurance literally any other rental car company would be cheaper, and much more convenient, without having to take multiple shuttle buses from the airport. Also, plan on blowing at least an extra hour after you get off your flight before you get into a rental car, same goes for drop off, you need to plan on being at their location at least 1 hour sooner than if you rented from a company at the main car rental location, without having to take multiple shuttles. Never again!

I had to leave early in the morning and there was not a 24 hour shuttle Unless I paid significantly for it

everything id prefect but the blocked money is too much

I liked that i got a small basic car, no "complimentary upgrade".

Check in is so slow, droop off also take to much time.

Very bad experience

I made a reservation and paid online. Although i did not have the possibility to select the time of picking up the car and selected the afternoon, in the evening when I arrived the car was no longer available and even now after more than 10 days i has not received back the money paid.

The rental cars are parked at the airport's paid parking lot. They make you pay for it! This also happened in Dubai airport, so I was not shocked.

I didn’t get the car which I paid for because they said my Jordanian license isn’t accepted I am trying to get the refund but no response at all

Easy and simple. It took them a little bit to find my reservation They block 3K for 21 days and not refund it directly which make my credit card limits less

Very reasonable price, quality car and quality service.
