The car was very good and the employee very helpful, but they did not accept my debit card in full terms. Because of that i had to add a very expensive insurance which was annoying.

90 min wait in line to get served. Then I was told (after I had paid the USD500 bond) that there were no cars available. Absolutely pathetic and I will never use them again.

When placing the rental there should have been specific instructions that the rental office was not at the same location as where the cars were. We rolled/carried our luggage to Ognissanti only to find out that the cars were back at the train station. Also, no instruction that you had to secure a numbered ticket to be waited as the line was out the door and no one stated to do so.

Scam. Arrived 'too late' to collect my car – despite having paid in full for the reservation in advance – so my car had been 'given away' and (shock!) the only available car was a luxury BMW, meaning I had to pay a further £250 or be stuck without a car. Shameful practice.

Staff was not friendly, lied to us and scammed us. Told us our reservation was cancelled due to not picking up the car in time, even though they were the ones who closed their office early and then never refunded the money.

We were not notified that we would need to pay $1,000 USD (not refundable) and a $250 USD deposit (potentially refundable) for insurance in Mexico until we arrived to pick up the car.
