Audi car hires in Lisbon

Very shady pickup location. When we arrived, one of the employees was yelling at someone else and there were several other people standing around with very confused looks on their faces. I had a really bad feeling about the place so we ended up leaving and going to Budget.

Beware this is a scam company ! Never got picked up by the shuttle After 3 hours waiting I paid 45 euro to get to their office. Never got the car unless I would purchase deposit another 500 euro insurance. So I walked away ! Just read all the negative reviews There is not a good one and if so it's the one's they create. Absolute scam !

They charged me without informing me about the reason

Easy check in and very quick returns. Staff was on the spot immediately for inspection & final sign off. Much appreciated

I registered for the rental via the website. I then arrived at the rental location and registered a second time via the terminal in the location. The terminal required an agent to confirm my data. The agent came to the terminal and then requested that I come to the counter and register a third time. Then the agent said that if I do not purchase Euros 120 in insurance (on a 2 day, Euro 50 rental), the company will block Euros 1,000 up to 30 days on my credit card. The fact that none of my registrations saved me any time combined with being confronted with the choice of either freezing Euros 1000 on my credit card or paying insurance which amounted to more than twice the amount for the car rental, made the experience unpleasant. I felt that there was a lack of taken advantage.

Car price was low but insurance offered on the spot was x5 of the car price. On return, the petrol station is right next to the rental facility. parking was situated on the beat rocky ground and it was difficult to take the luggage out of there. I returned the car 4 days ago and still didn’t receive my deposit back. I tried calling but no option allowed me to speak with the office.

Smaller car than booked , more money charged at the pick up point , deposit still not returned

Long wait for pickup but good service. Incorrect charge at the end but it was resolved. Again good service.

Everything about this rental car experience was great - the location, the staff, the price and the ease.

Easy pick up and drop off but I should have selected a better vehicle.
