Crew seemed impatient and angry from the start. Ordered vegetarian meal when booking (and confirmed with 2 hours of online chat with Untied customer service 3 days before flight) that didn't appear. Additionally, no coffee available for breakfast. Just an unpleasant flight overall.

My bag took some time to come off the Doha flight, I was afraid i would miss my connection to the Nelson flight, so I asked at the AIRNZ baggage desk if they could relay a message or help in some way to let them know at domestic that i would be on my way. I was feeling quite stressed and tired after a sleepless overnight flight, and then to possibly miss my connection....The AIRNZ staff all just sat there like a bunch of chumps and offered no help at all. They should know how to deal with stressed passengers, and at least offer a few words of advice/comfort or something. NOPE. Not even interested. I work in tourism so I know about customer service. none here
