Book flights with Air Serbia

Air Serbia is part of the Etihad Guest programme, meaning passengers who elect to take this service are eligible for certain travel benefits. Travel with Air Serbia flights, amongst flights from 26 other Etihad partners, will accumulate air miles to be spent on subsequent flights and/or upgrades. This programme also offers travellers the opportunity to earn air miles with hotels, car hire and certain retail outlets. Passengers are able to move up the ranks within the Etihad Guest system, from lowest to highest: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. These are ranked based on accumulation of air miles. Depending on level, passengers are rewarded with lounge access (for themselves and another passenger with Gold and Platinum rank), higher luggage weight allowance, priority check-in, boarding, fast-track services and seat selection.

Passengers bringing carry-on luggage must ensure it fits in the overhead compartments or under the seat in front of them. Those travelling in economy are able to take 1 carry-on bag for free (up to 8kg, 38.1 x 20.32 x 55.88 cm). Travellers in business class are able to take an additional free bag (up to 4kg, 35.56 x 17.78 x 50.8 cm). Check-in bags in economy can be up to 23kg, and business-class passengers are able to check two bags of 32kg each. If you’re on a US flight, economy passengers are able to take two bags of 23kg each. Additional bags and additional weight will be allowed for a fee. Certain sports equipment requires passengers to pay a particular fee, you should enquire for more information before you book Air Serbia flights. If passengers have acquired a Platinum, Gold or Silver Etihad Guest rank, they will be able to carry on extra luggage (20kg, 15kg and 10kg respectively).

Travelling with a dog or a cat is allowed with Air Serbia reservations; although, the number of pets allowed on board is limited and left to the discretion of the airline. Pets must be older than 12 weeks and have all necessary documentation and vaccines. Additionally, passengers must give notice of the type of pet they’re bringing with them, before they travel. You’ll also need to provide all information regarding the weight of the pet and container, as well as the dimensions of the container, upon booking your Air Serbia flight. This weight must not exceed 8kg, and the container must have a ventilation net and not exceed 40.01 x 29.97 x 24 cm. If you’re travelling with a pet, be sure to have a seat reservation and check in at least 2 hours before departure.
