Food was not available even after selecting meal plan. Since it was dinner I expected a full meal but was given only pretzels. Airline should intimate before so we can eat beforehand

The checkin on the app was not intuitive and I finally went online and checked in. Our return flight time was changed by three hours without any official notice to us. Then the second leg of the flight was delayed. We appreciate that they offered us a $48 meal voucher for the inconvenience.

Overall, the experience was okay because it was a short flight of about 2 hours, but I wouldn’t travel further, as the seats are too tight and not comfortable - could use a little more padding.

The app would not work well for checking in. It does not automatically show my flight but I have to put it in, is another issue. The app could be better.
