Thís ís a stupid experience happened to my trip on the flight AU206 from Toronto Canada (YYZ) to Orlando Florida (MCO) on Dec.22, 2023. At the lunch time, I gave to a flight attendant (a tallest lady among three) a sandwich : - “Would you mind help me to warm it up because I must take medication with some food” , I talked to her. - “O.K” she said and walked away with my food wrapped in a lunch bag. After waiting for half of an hour in vain, nobody returned my food, I came up and asked all three of them : -“We did not see any sandwich here”…they replied It really surprised me even the tallest lady : - “We are not allow to warm up any of passengers’ food , your sandwich might have been discarded in garbage“ - “Why didn’t you explain to me before taking my food away” I said. Later on, a short lady came to me : - “Sorry…we could not find your food , we have instant noodle to compensate you a cup.” ******************** What has impressed me from this event : “Your flight attendant (tall lady) did not pay attention to the passenger’s request.”
