Let passenger number sit 19 to 30 first to come to the plane sit and than sit number from 10 to 19 come in to the plane and than from 1 to the 10 .because last time we wait 40 minut to come in to the plane .thx

The smallest seats I’ve ever traveled in, aproxx 60cm! Also, the German ground staff seamed very confused, and the Naples staff angry.

The boarding was late, the flight was late, there’s different policies for the company depending on where you fly from. The company honor luggage’s one way but not the way back and have you pay for it when it’s too late and way more expensive.
