I had a bad experience with baggage handling. I think they overcharged me for my luggage. They charged me almost 2000NTD for 11 kg checked in bag. I think that's a lot.

We were little bit late in our take off from kuala Lumpur. No water was served at least. But the price is cheap for a 4 hours flight. Flight has been so safe. Take off and landing was good. Over all I would rate my flight experience, 4 when 5 is the highest.
