Our flight to Sao Paolo was delayed and the flight to the US did not wait - there were many of us that needed only 10 min to get to the gate - this is incredibly disruptive to plans to car for r a sick family member and to work. 10 minutes! While waiting in line for new tickets we discovered on the latam app that it rerouted us through a different US city but at the same takeoff time so there was No Way to get it - and we were not notified it happened anyway.

Horrible seats, very uncomfortable. It seems the seats are getting smaller and smaller

Cheap and cheerful, as expected. The boarding process seems to be drawn out to ensure that if you don’t reserve (pay) that you wait and wait when boarding by 3-4 zones could be completed instead of 6! Otherwise perfect!
