Because of their sheer incompetence, the flight was delayed and I missed my connection. I ran frantically from one end of the airport to the other and still reached the gate on time, only to find the doors already closed. This is completely unacceptable.

SAS is below the level of other European airlines and far below Turkish Airlines. The seats are smaller, the aisles are narrower, there is no choice of meals and the food is poor compared to other airlines. The entertainment system also leaves much to be desired, with a limited number of movies and small screens, and there are no USB-C ports to charge modern devices.

Did not get my luggage after an already cancelled flight and a lot of hassle to get a new flight. No good routines from SAS and hopeless system, getting sent in every direction at the airport with no help.
