Good Morning Sir/Madam My name is Rupesh Kumar I travelled 11/09/2025 in transavia flight number HV 5952 seat number 37E at 19:30 pm from Lisbon to Amsterdam. Sir/Madam when I bought the tickets there was included one hand bag and one cabin bag but Lisbon airport they took me Seventy Euro more I show them my ticket but they don't listen me they told me your cabin bag is not included in your ticket they harassment in Lisbon airport and take Seventy Euro extra please check it this problem and Send it back my money thanks
