boarding was chaotic at gate in ewr. flight crew ambassador professional and friendly. aircraft was clean, new and comfortable.

A day before the flight the send a text that flight is full and I must check in the carry on. Then half of the plain has space for carry one. Then in EWR I wait 1.5 hours!!! for the luggage to come out.

The flight didn't happen!! Meaning - I'd booked this return trip from Europe and a WEEK before it was supposed to happen they emailed and "switched my flight to a day earlier" I went through the process and tried to get a refund - including a 1:45hr phone call and COULD NOT get a refund. Unacceptable. Truly horrific business practices. I had a $250 Lufthansa flight on that very specific day to get to Madrid and get on this flight - you can't just move people's lives and travel plans... which I then canceled and didnt get a refund on. I will never NEVER book with an airline that does this to its customers. 0/10 on every front. Save your money and book elsewhere

After the Jet Blue debacle caused me to not check in to the first leg, I was communication with TAP - their customer service line is kind but ultimately unable to help, and they would not refund the upgrade I had paid for a few hours earlier.
