The flight left on time and arrived early. Very rare for air travel these days. The boarding was very sensible with the back of the plane boarding first so it felt very efficient. One recommendation I would make would be for the captain to tell passengers to leave the plane in an orderly fashion identifying which rows should leave first. Vueling do this and passengers respect it. I didn’t have any food or entertainment and there was no room to say N/a

A day before the flight the send a text that flight is full and I must check in the carry on. Then half of the plain has space for carry one. Then in EWR I wait 1.5 hours!!! for the luggage to come out.

The flight didn't happen!! Meaning - I'd booked this return trip from Europe and a WEEK before it was supposed to happen they emailed and "switched my flight to a day earlier" I went through the process and tried to get a refund - including a 1:45hr phone call and COULD NOT get a refund. Unacceptable. Truly horrific business practices. I had a $250 Lufthansa flight on that very specific day to get to Madrid and get on this flight - you can't just move people's lives and travel plans... which I then canceled and didnt get a refund on. I will never NEVER book with an airline that does this to its customers. 0/10 on every front. Save your money and book elsewhere
